Founded in 1995, Alliance CNC has developed into an industry leader in the application specific design, manufacture and servicing of tight tolerance drills, reamers and micro-tools. “Alliance is a tremendous fit for our organization”, said Rick McIntyre, CEO of GWS Tool Group. “While our organization has deeply rooted skill set and reputation within the round tool space, our GW Schultz division is focused predominately on endmills. Alliance CNC will continue to operate out of their facility in the greater Grand Rapids area under the direction of their long-tenured management team.
